After a virtualenv has been activated and used, you might want to get back your normal shell environment.
No matter whether you are using Bash or Fish, the activation script adds a deactivate
function. Use this to deactivate the virtualenv:
$ deactivate
Tried with: Fish 2.2.0 and Ubuntu 14.04
