Assuming that you have a Gmail account where you would like to view the emails from your Outlook.com account. Here are the steps to achieve that:
Go to your Outlook.com account. Go to Options -> Managing your account -> Connect devices and apps with POP. Enable POP access here.
If you have enabled 2FA for your Outlook.com account, then go here. In the App passwords section, create a new App password.
Go to Gmail -> Settings -> Accounts and Import -> Check mail from out accounts using POP3. Click Add a POP3 account you own.
Provide your Outlook.com email address. If you have 2FA enabled on Outlook.com, then provide the App password generated above. Else give your login password. The POP server is pop-mail.outlook.com
and port is 995
.
You should be able to suck your Outlook.com mails into Gmail now.
