One Man’s Struggle To Take It Easy
I saw the 80s comedy Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Somebody recommended this, I even forgot who. The movie’s about Ferris Bueller, a high school kid, who one day fakes illness to his parents and skips school. He then drags out his girlfriend Sloane and pal Cameron and freaks out the whole day in Chicago. Meanwhile, his principal and his sister are out to ruin his day.
The movie stars an extremely young Matthew Broderick (remember the protagonist scientist-who-looks-like-a-kid in Godzilla?) as Ferris. There is also an extremely (!) cute Mia Sara as Sloane, his girlfriend. Ferris is devious and the movie is a real fun watch.
