Cannot import name GConf error


$ hamster 
ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for GConf

    from gi.repository import GConf as gconf
ImportError: cannot import name GConf


To be able to import GConf from Python script, install this package:

sudo apt install  gir1.2-gconf-2.0

Tried with: Ubuntu 14.04
