How to install latest Mercurial on Ubuntu

The version of Mercurial in Ubuntu can get quite outdated with time. Thankfully, installing and being updated with the latest version of Mercurial is pretty easy:

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mercurial-ppa/releases
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install mercurial

Tried with: Mercurial 2.8.2 and Ubuntu 12.04
